Purchases are governed separately by our Terms of Sale.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Our products are original designs inspired by the fashion and aesthetics of the Regency era, which is in the public domain. Eligible Heels is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any television production, publisher, studio or media company, and we make no claim to any third-party trademark.
